Initial Consult

We want to meet you! It’s important to us to take the time to sit down with you, learn about not only your project needs, but who you are and what your expectations are.  

Pre-design

Schematic Design

Time to gather all the information we need to get started! As-built drawings, land surveys, researching zoning and building requirements is all part of this phase. Any special equipment or furniture that needs to be incorporated into the space is also recorded and inventoried. We ask our clients to share their design ideas, inspiration and style references so we can have a good understanding of what you love and how you want your space to function.

Once we have gained a good understanding of your needs and wants, we implement those ideas by creating concept boards to better portray the over all design aesthetic, along with a space planning exercise that produces multiple floor plan options to review with our clients.
